So now I'm tweaking my routine so that I can compete in powerlifting this spring. A competition. My first ever. An in just 2 weeks of tweaking my diet and gym routine I'm seeing some significant changes. I though it would take so much longer. My new bras are rubbing in the back(increasing my lat size). My waist is getting more of a v taper into my hips. The little bit of cellulite in my legs is slowly disappearing and that horrid skin flap/abdominal fat is shrinking. I'm so happy and just continually reminded small body "shocks" can yield big changes.
